Various Linux geeks from around the island will put their efforts together to bring you Linuxfest 2014 at UDM. The aim is to bring Linux closer to Students. The event will comprise of presentations by speakers from the IT industry.

10h50 – Intro to Mauritius Internet Users Group and it’s contribution in Mauritius (S Moonesamy)

11h15 Various linux distros, Synergy, Raspberry Pi, VirtualBox etc + interactions / discussions with students

-Demos of Linux distributions like Ubuntu, Linux Mint, Kali Linux

-Free Installation of Linux on laptops
